are a family of genodermatoses with variable expression.
The photos presented herein are of a spontaneous case of non-epidermolytic palmoplantar keratoderma, without further other ectodermal involvement. Onset was at 2 years of age, beginning with the appearance of knuckle pads. At approximately 6-8 years, the palms and sole began to thicken. The disease slowly progressed, and continues to progress, over the dorsal aspects. The patient is 38 years old.
